Terms and Conditions of Sale

I. About Us

Supashoot (hereinafter the “Company”) is a French SAS with a share capital of €1,000, whose registered office is located at 198 chemin du Galinier - 06140 Vence, and registered with the Antibes Trade and Companies Register under number 819 786 260.

The Company markets, via its website www.monate.fr, extensions (plugins) intended for both individuals and professionals using the nopCommerce e-commerce platform.

II. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) define the rights and obligations applicable to any order placed on the Monate website. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions, particularly those of the Client.

The Company reserves the right to modify its Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time the order is placed.

III. Definitions

• Client: any legal or natural person who has placed an order on the Site.
• Order: any purchase confirmed by a Client on the Site.
• Terms: these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
• Product: any plugin, tool, or service sold through the Site.
• User: any person accessing the Site, whether a Client or not.
• Site: the website www.monate.fr.

IV. Nature of the Products

The Products sold are digital plugins designed to be installed on a nopCommerce store. These products are delivered as downloadable files after payment.

Each plugin is compatible with one or more specific versions of nopCommerce, as specified on the product page. It is the Client's responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.

V. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online via the Site. The Client selects the desired Products, adds them to the cart, fills in billing information, and proceeds with payment.

All orders are considered firm and final once payment has been confirmed. The Client will then receive a download link and an invoice by email.

VI. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). VAT is applicable in accordance with current legislation.

The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price billed is the one in effect at the time the order is validated.

No discount or reduction can be applied after payment has been confirmed.

VII. Payment

Payments are due immediately upon ordering. Payment is made by credit card or any other secure method offered on the Site.

The Company uses the Stripe payment platform. No banking data is stored or processed by the Company or the Site.

VIII. Product Delivery

Products are delivered immediately in the form of a download link accessible after payment confirmation.

If the Client encounters any issue accessing the file, they may contact technical support at: support@monate.fr.

No physical shipment is made.

IX. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and with their express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

By proceeding with the payment, the Client expressly acknowledges that execution begins immediately and waives their right of withdrawal.

X. Warranty and Support

All plugins come with free technical support for 1 year from the date of purchase, for any installation that meets the defined technical prerequisites.

The warranty covers:

• Reproducible malfunctions of the plugin, excluding third-party conflicts.
• Bugs related to the plugin itself, for the supported versions.

The following are not covered:

• Requests for customization or bespoke development.
• Support for outdated versions of nopCommerce or non-standard environments.

XI. Intellectual Property

The plugins sold by the Company are protected under intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Purchasing a plugin grants a non-exclusive license for internal use by the Client on a single nopCommerce store. For multiple store use, a specific license is required.

XII. Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data loss, etc.) resulting from the use of a plugin.

The Client is solely responsible for the proper installation of plugins and for ensuring their technical environment is compliant.

XIII. Personal Data

Collected data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No data is shared with third parties.

Each User has the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data. Links to exercise these rights are available in the “My Account” section of the website.

XIV. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Antibes shall have sole jurisdiction.
